## Frequently asked questions

### Is there a free trial?

Yes — every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. After that you choose Plus, Pro or Elite. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

### Do I need a gym to use Noex?

Not at all. Filter programs by equipment: bodyweight-only, dumbbells, full gym, or home setup. We've got hundreds of plans that work with whatever you have.

### Is Noex for beginners or advanced athletes?

Both. Programs are labeled by level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Pro) and the onboarding will match you to the right starting point. You grow into harder plans as you progress.

### Can I use Noex on my Apple Watch?

Yes — Noex has a native Apple Watch app. Start and control workouts, log sets, and run rest timers from your wrist, with live heart rate and calories. It also syncs with Apple Health for weight, activity, and workout data.

### Does Noex work offline?

Yes. You can log your entire workout without a connection — sets, reps, RPE and notes are saved on your device and sync automatically the moment you're back online. No dropped data in dead-zone gyms or on the road.

### Can I cancel anytime?

Of course. Cancel from the app in two taps, no phone calls, no forms. Keep your training data forever — we don't hold it hostage.

### What's your refund policy?

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial — cancel before it ends from your app store and you won't be charged. After that, subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law (e.g. EU consumer rights). You can cancel anytime.

### What makes Noex different from other fitness apps?

We combine science-based programming from elite coaches with AI personalization, plus nutrition, community, and tracking — in one app. Most apps do one of those things. We do all of them, and obsessively.
